The Gold rate for any product, is taken on the date of delivery of the product, unless you pay the gold amount fully at booking time. You can chat with us on checkout to pay the gold amount fully and reserve the rate. 

We offer a 5% downpayment facility on checkout, but that is only the booking confirmation amount and not the gold rate booking amount.

For all products booked on this website, social media channels of Inarra and through direct chat, atleast 5% amount has to be paid as booking amount. This is the confirmation amount to process any order. We also offer custom payment facility for ease of payment. 

If you wish to book the gold rate at the time of booking, you can pay the entire gold amount also. Otherwise gold rate is taken, at the date of delivery.

100% of the pending amount, has to be paid prior to dispatch of the product  to complete the order and delivery.

Inarra provides 90% of the diamond value and 100% of the prevailing gold value, provided the product is in good shape and you have our original invoice. Making Value and GST are deducted completely.

We do not offer any cash buy backs or refund of the product if you are simply bored of it. If you want you can exchange or upgrade your product!

Inarra provides 100% secure insured shipping within India free of charge. In addition, Inarra also collects the items for repairing and sizing issues from the clients free of charge within India and then delivers it free again. This is applicable to all major cities in India, only. 

International shipping is not provided and fulfilled by Inarra, as of now.
