Yes, lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same carbon structure and chemical composition as natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin—lab grown diamonds are created in controlled environments instead of being mined from the Earth. They sparkle the same, come in the same shapes and sizes, and share similar color and clarity characteristics.

Two major reasons are ethical sourcing and value. Lab grown diamonds avoid the environmental damage and ethical concerns associated with mining. They’re not linked to conflict zones, and no large-scale excavation is involved. In fact, diamonds created above the Earth are often purer, with fewer imperfections and less internal stress than their natural counterparts.

Lab grown diamonds are produced using advanced technology and don’t involve costly mining, transportation, or artificially controlled scarcity. Because of this, they typically come at a significantly lower price point while maintaining the same quality as their natural counterparts.

We use EF-VVS/VS grade stones in our jewellery. A certificate for the jewellery can be provided upon request at an additional cost, which is paid directly to the certifying agency. For all solitaire pieces of 1 carat and above, certification is included and provided based on the laboratory used.
